BearDean Capital sourced a 10-acre tract of land and developed an amenity-laden luxury RV resort community in Houston a few miles away from the Houston Zoo, the Museum District, and Texas Medical Center. This passion project was launched just as the Covid pandemic sparked record interest in the RV lifestyle. A few years after the successful launch and stabilization of the project, the partnership exited this real estate investment to capitalize upon the significant value-added.
